In our current culture and society, we are surrounded by dichotomies, where we think or feel like we must choose one or the other. Commonly faced with wrong or rights, you or me’s, this way or that ways, etc. Through the exploration of meditation and contemplation, one begins to understand the principle of non-duality.
As I’ve been exposed to ideas and practices in this realm, I’ve learned from enlightening people and gone down a transcending path. This group often includes inquiry into Eastern and Western thought (Christian, Buddhist, Taoist and Yogic practices and principles). Exploring this idea of non-duality, we will discuss how this principle can be applied to our life in the past, present and future.
Excited to announce that this meditation meeting will be co-facilitated by David Shelley.
